"Chicken Casserole from the kitchen of Lori Stilger"


2 Skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1 slice of swiss cheese per chicken breast
1 can of cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup white wine. (I use one can of a water/milk mixture instead)

Mix soup and wine; pour over chicken and cheese
Top with cracker crumbs or croutons. (I use ritz crackers)
Pour 1/3 cup melted butter over the crackers or croutons
Bake at 350 degress for 50-55 minutes
Serve over rice.
